● You can rent a studio from 9 am to 11 pm. Booking can be made via phone +447525360547 or on the main page of the site.● The booking starts from the beginning of your booked period and ends 5 minutes prior to its end-time.● The minimum rental period is 1 hour.● Before the end of the photo shoot it is the Clients responsibility to return the Studio to its original state.● Cancellation or rescheduling of a photo shoot is free up to 48hrs prior to the booked slot. If a photo shoot is cancelled or rescheduled less that 48hrs before the booked slot the Clients is obliged to pay 100% of the rental cost of the Studio.● Pets are permitted entry to the Studio on prior agreement with the Administrator. The owner(s) of the animal are responsible for the behaviour of their pet(s)/animals and therefore will be liable for any damage(s) caused by the pet/animal.● On entering the Studio, outdoor shoes should be removed and/or replaced.● Publication and posting on social media is encouraged as well as posting on the Studio webpage with a tag “Vasya”.● A smoke machine is available to rent at studio when booking for 2+ hours. Work with the smoke machine must be completed at least 45 minutes prior to the end of the session (or 1 hour prior to the end of session if a lotto smoke was used) in order to air and prepare the studio for the next client.● Smoking is prohibited in the studio. If you need to use flammable accessories during the shooting, you must obtain permission from the administrator. The administrator reserves the right to be present during such a shoot.● Drinking alcoholic beverages within the Studio is prohibited. Arriving inebriated or under the influence alcohol/drugs is strictly prohibited. ● N.B.: We ask that you treat all furniture, decor and details with care and consideration. In case of breakage, contamination or damage , costs must be reimbursed in full.

● Please indicate, prior to booking, if when using the bathtub, you will require it to be filled.● Minimum booking time for filled bathtub is 2 hours.● Use of liquids (eg Milk, water), flowers, fruits and other types of decor is permitted, on prior arrangement when booking, but should always be supervised for health and safety reasons. Items/ liquids should not be used that can damage or stain the bathtub.● Post-shoot - all forms of decors must be removed/ drained/ cleaned no later than 15 minutes before the end of the booked photo shoot slot.● Tea/ coffee/water is freely available at the reception.
